Fox Glacier
On my way to my next tramp, I stopped in Fox Glacier. I went for a lovely hike through a rainforest, before starting up the road to the glacier. I then realized that I was going to have to walk about 5km up the road, which wasn't very exciting, to get to the glacier. Plus, I was only a couple hours from sunset. Luckily, a nice family picked me up and gave me a ride. The glacier was very impressive. Next time I'm in New Zealand, I'll have to go for a glacier walk, where you actually get to walk around on and through the ice.
